Trapped Inside a Situation

have you ever been trapped inside a situation wherein you are forced to choose between what you think is right and what some think is right?well just last night, I encountered one..my supervisor asked me to work overtime due to the fact that there were work to be finished..that very same day, i am already committed to a cell group which patrick and I started..I said "no" to my supervisor and explained why..I made it clear that I was going to church and that the engagement is my priority..my supervisor was mad..he was angry and furious..he made me choose between I go overtime, or I resign..I understand that he was only thinking about the company's welfare..but when I asked the dispatch supervisor, it was not really a necessity to finish the work that day..i thought about it for a while..(i was reading the book "UNDER COVER" days before this encounter.)..and it flashed to me that it is disobedience to God not to go where he sends you..so i stood up, spoke with the supervisor, and tried to reason out..he wouldn't listen..so i had no choice but to resign..maybe some of you who will read this article will think of me as a stupid person..well in fact, sometimes the most stupid thing in this world to do is the right one..remember the story of noah?of abraham with isaac?sometimes God puts us in to tests of our faiths and commitment to Him..I hope I passed this one..sana this would not drive you to quit your jobs or stop studying and just go straight in serving God because that is not my point..i made a sacrifice and that was my choice..i am though, encouraging you to take a stand, let the people know who your master is..and kneel down, let God know that you submit to Him..

Cyf'ers attended Steven Curtis Chapman Concert!

Hi Guys! matagal-tagal narin na hindi ako nakakapag-post sa blog,, at last,, nagka-free time ako dito sa work
ngayon para makapag-post ngayon! hehe!

Kaninang mga 6pm, pumunta ang mga Cyf'ers ( Gilly, Hannah, 2 Friends ni Gilly, Totey, Leng, Alen, Ron,
Jonjon,
Jepoy, Pekto, Rey, Jun Rey )
sa Concert ni Steven Curtis Chapman that was held in the Cathedral of
Praise Church.. Ung ibang mga Fresh (Nico, Vinky, may isa pa tas c T2 yette) hindi nakapasok dahil mejo na-late
sila ng konti at all seats taken narin kasi...sayang! pero nakikinig parin sila sa labas kaya OK parin.. :)


This concert was filled with praise and worship for our Lord God Almighty and truly na ang sarap
magpuri kay God lalo na through music..
I'm so blessed sa lahat ng mga kinanta nya,, lahat ng lyrics tinitignan ko and its message
nakaka-bless tlga... Halos lahat ng mga kantang kinompose ni Steven ay related sa buhay nya.. Yung isa
sumikat
nyang kantang "I will be Here" na nirevive ni Gary V. ay kanta nya pala sa wife nyang si Mary Beth..

Marami pa syang mga kanta na hindi ko alam ang mga titles,, sesearch ko pa sa google mamaya.. lalo na yung
may lyrics na "whooo hooo whoo hoooooooo!!" di ko maalala ung title ng kanta eh.. di kasi nakalagay sa
projectors nila... hehe!

Asteeg din ung band nya... kala ko mga barkada nya lang ung mga un,, pero ung drummer at pati ung lead guitarist
anak nya pala! asteeg talaga! Sarap sigurong isipin na ganun din kayong family,, meron isang band, tas nag-jajam
and nagpupuri kay God! Yeah! Pag ako nagka-anak ng 4 lahat yun papatugtugin ko tas bubuo rin kami ng band for
Christ! Asteeeg! :)

Sayang yung mga hindi nakasama na Cyf'ers katulad ni Noemi, atbp! hehe! well sana next time makasama na namin kayo
sa susunod na mga concerts nateng aattendan.. :)

Well,, yun lang po sa ngayon... Sana po'y mag-shout outs lang kayo ng mag-shout outs dito sa blog everytime na
vivisit kayo para naman nakikilala naten ung mga na-visit sa blog... Salamat! :)
