Metro Manila , a city with 13 million souls, is the hub of Philippine broadcast media. It houses 25 FM radio stations, not one of which plays contemporary Christian music, for the 17-30 year old age bracket.

The Edge Radio plays contemporary Christian music from pop to hip hop to alternative, to praise and gospel songs. It plays music from a wide range of Christian artists of various nationalities and will be supporting local contemporary Christian artists who play music fit to its format.
It's high time that we redeem the airwaves..Let us support this initiative in their vision of a nationwide Contemporary Christian radio station that takes back the airwaves for Christ by proclaiming the Gospel to Metro Manila and the Philippines twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Let us declare Christ's lordship over the airwaves by listening to contemporary Christian music, inspiring programs, and faith-filled teaching, ultimately leading us towards redemption through Christ, and us leading others in the same path.
